NIDC is developing the Emerson Veterans Housing Community in Gary, Indiana — a transformative initiative providing quality 1- and 2-bedroom single-family homes for veterans and their families on Connecticut and Pennsylvania Streets.
Designed by Alliance Architects of South Bend, these craftsman-style homes feature front porches, brick veneer bases, and energy-efficient construction — restoring dignity and stability to Gary’s neighborhoods.
