The Emerson Veterans Housing Community represents NIDC’s flagship development initiative — a carefully designed collection of craftsman-style single-family homes providing stable, quality housing for veterans and their families in Gary, Indiana.
Located on Connecticut Street and Pennsylvania Street, north and south of 8th Avenue, this community features both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom floor plans with front porches, brick veneer bases, and energy-efficient construction.
